When you become an approved PetCare Pet Insurance sub-broker we will send you a confirmation email with your unique broker ID# and URLs to access the marketing materials.

In addition we will send you:

  • PDF of the brochure detailing programs and optional benefits
  • PDF of the enrollment forms - individual applications with your broker ID# embedded in it
  • PDF of the brokers guide
