Pets are considered the property of the pet owner; as such pet insurance is a "Property and Casualty" class of business. You need to be licensed accordingly in your state or province to sell this product to consumers.

2. Fill in your information and submit the form
3. Download sub-broker agreement
4. Fax the following documents to our attention 1-866-368-7387– be sure to include your confirmation number supplied upon remittance of the online application
   1. Signed page 3 of the Sub -Broker Agreement
   2. Copy of your current Property & Casualty License 
   3. Copy of your current E&O insurance coverage 
   4. Letter of Good Standing/Letter of Certification from your state’s licensing board (USA only)
5. WELCOME to the 24PetWatch Pet Insurance Programs

Upon approval you will be assigned a unique Broker ID# and will receive an email from us indicating your number. You will also receive in the email a printable PDF enrollment form with your broker ID incorporated, along with three URL's.

The first URL will be a link to our online marketing materials page that allows you to access downloadable PDF's of the marketing materials that you will need to sell 24PetWatch Pet Insurance. The second and third links allow you to enroll your customers online into 24PetWatch Pet Insurance Programs or CherryBlue Pet Insurance Programs (CANADA only) (Use only this link when enrolling your customers through the Internet. It contains your unique Broker ID# and ensures sales are attributed to you.)

If you need hard copies of the materials you may order them on-line. We will ship within 7-10 business days.

Commissions will be paid on a quarterly basis when you have achieved enrollment of 25 policies using your unique broker ID#. Commissions are payable within 30 days of the month following each calendar year quarter.

Commissions will be paid in US or Canadian dollars on a quarterly basis. Note – annually after December 31st, all commissions earned in that year will be paid to the last known address on file.

Log onto the Internet via your unique URL provided to you in your enrollment confirmation email. This will take you automatically to the 24PetWatch Pet Insurance Programs or CherryBlue Pet Insurance Programs online enrollment form. You must use only your specific URL when enrolling your clients as this link will automatically identify your Broker ID#. Through the online enrollment pages you can enroll multiple pets for an individual client through one enroll application. You must however complete separate enrollments for each individual client.

You may offer the program to corporate clients. There are a variety of payment methods available for corporate programs including payroll deduction. At this point we would suggest that you contact the Corporate and Group Benefits Department 1-866-275-7387 x 255 to discuss enrollment and payment methods prior to setting up the voluntary benefit program. Minimum of 10 employees required.
